Life birds were coming at a pace of about one every five minutes at the Aripo Livestock Agricultural Research Station which is a large tract of grasslands. We had our first hummingbirds here and great looks at three species that are mostly black and white, which, despite their lack of tropical color, are stunners: PIED WATER TYRANT, WHITE-HEADED MARSH TYRANT, and Fork-tailed Flycatcher.

We got very close to the SOUTHERN LAPWINGS, so now we have a matching set of these big plovers on our life lists.
Other highlights were SAVANNA HAWK, 3 different tanagers, and many species of flycatchers.
